There are two options. First one age of person is more then 18 years or as mention by country. Every country has different rules. Second one His income is more then limit that set by country management.

Hi,
In my opinion it depend on where you live. Well, most countries you need to report your income even if you are at a loss and not a profit..so once you start the company you may need to file.

Good luck.

To find out I would recommend that you write a letter to the web hosting company(ies) if any you are using and to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and explain the situation(s).

I think the year is assessed advance. If your student courses have completed , the new council tax year commences in April so it is reasonable to assume your payments will start then. Hope you can understand what i wanna to say

Last year I bought a house with my boyfriend and now we are both students, we have to pay Council Tax. We wonder if we should start paying council tax?
We have heard that it would begin in April in the new fiscal year, but we can not find evidence actually. Anyone have an idea?
